The coloration on the fin tips looks as though someone applied the "dark" black markings with paint on their thumb and index finger.  NOTE: the circular dot-like appearance of each, present even on the second dorsal.  But, absent on the top caudal fin, unlike the blacktip, is the black marking.  These may fade notably in an adult specimen.

Another notable difference is the smaller eyes of the spinner.  The blacktip eyes are larger.

THe snout of this species is also narrower than the blacktip.
